I am a practical and experienced attorney and pride myself on a no-nonsense approach to real estate matters. Lawyer jokes aside, a good lawyer shouldn’t be hard to find! When my clients need me, I respond promptly. I answer the phone!
I am proud that many of my clients have been with us from their first condo purchase and continue to call upon me as they trade up, purchase second homes, and downsize. My clients are my best advertising! And I like to think that I do it all with humor, sensitivity, and, most of all, competence.
Biographies
Nancy R. Dreyer
CO-FOUNDER
Nancy Dreyer represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate and works with small developers, including the conversion of properties to condominiums. Nancy began her real estate law practice in New York City, where she served as general counsel to more than 75 cooperative and condo associations. Nancy has used her experience as a facilitator of group decision-making in her work with condo associations and co-owners of real estate. Nancy is a graduate of Tufts University (1977) and George Washington University Law School (1980). She is admitted to both the Massachusetts and New York bars.
Joan A. Koffman
CO-FOUNDER (1952 - 2014)
Joan’s untimely passing in 2014 left a void that can never be filled. Her commitment to her clients was unparalleled. One client said “Though our relationship was as client and professional, she was there for us in our time of need and stress. She genuinely took care of us both with a sense of humor, expertise, kindness and her genuine good will".
Joan and Nancy were partners in law and in life. Nancy’s continuation of their practice, and shared vision and outlook on life and work, are the greatest testament to her life.
